The Forum is being held as part of Space Week, an annual event approved by the President of the Russian Federation, and is timed to coincide with the 65th anniversary of Yuri Gagarin’s space flight – an achievement that became a symbol of a scientific breakthrough and national technological leadership. This special date imbues the event with particular significance, uniting the historical legacy of Russian cosmonautics with modern space technologies.

About the Forum

The Russian Space Forum aims to shape a strategic agenda for the development of the space industry, develop coordinated solutions between the government, science, and business, support advanced technological developments, and strengthen international cooperation in the peaceful exploration of outer space. If you wish to submit an application to attend the Russian Space Forum, please apply to participate in the ‘Events – Upcoming’ section of your Roscongress personal account.

Please note that to register for the event, use your Roscongress personal account, and obtain your badge, you must grant consent in your Roscongress personal account to:

  • the processing of personal data
  • the use of a simple electronic signature (SES)
  • and accept the user agreement

Once given, the consent and acceptance will remain valid for any events you choose to register for through your Roscongress personal account on the Roscongress Foundation website. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to your participation contact person at the Foundation with any questions you may have.

2. RECEIVE AN INVITATION

Your application will be reviewed by the Forum organizers. If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation to the Forum and your application status will be updated in real time in the ‘My events’ section of your Roscongress personal account.

The review process varies by applicant. The Forum organizers reserve the right to reject an application without explanation.

3. CONFIRM YOUR ATTENDANCE

After receiving the invitation, confirm your participation in the Forum in the ‘My events – Russian Space Forum – Event dashboard’ section of your Roscongress personal account.

How do I decline to participate in the Forum?

Participants who have received an invitation but have decided not to attend the Forum, or who have previously confirmed their participation but no longer plan to attend are kindly requested to officially decline their participation via the Roscongress personal account or by informing Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Forum.

How the participant can be substituted?

A participant can only be substituted with the approval of the Forum organizers. If you have confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend the Forum for any reason, and you wish to arrange a replacement, please contact the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Forum.

4. PICK UP YOUR BADGE

An accreditation badge is required to enter the Forum venue.

To collect your badge, you must log in to your Roscongress personal account and:

  • Confirm you are attending the Forum
  • Enter your personal information

How do I register?

You can register for a Roscongress personal account on the Roscongress Foundation website in five simple steps.

Event selection and participation packages are available after you fill out your personal information.

Once you have completed the registration process, an email will be sent to the address you have provided containing your login and password for your Roscongress personal account.

How do I log in?

To log in to your Roscongress personal account, please enter the login and password emailed to you when you first registered for your account.

How can I recover my login or password?

If you have forgotten your login and password, you can use the login and password recovery function on the Roscongress personal account login page or contact us by email: weboffice@roscongress.org.

How is the confidentiality of data in the Roscongress personal account protected?

The Roscongress Foundation strictly adheres to legal requirements governing the protection of each participant’s personal data.

The Roscongress personal account has been developed using SSL data encryption technology to ensure the highest levels of security and confidentiality of your personal information.

Why must participants consent to the processing of their personal data?

When registering for a Roscongress personal account or applying to attend the Forum, participants must consent to the processing of their personal data. This consent is a requirement under Russian law, and applications to participate in events cannot be processed without it.

How can I make changes to my personal information?

Should you wish to edit your personal information, go to the ‘My events’ section of the Roscongress personal account and select the Russian Space Forum.

If you need to edit your personal information as it appears in the general settings of your Roscongress personal account, or if you need to make changes to uneditable fields, please contact the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Forum.

Your personal manager’s contact information can be found in your Forum invitation letter.

There’s an error in my personal data in the Roscongress personal account. Do I have to make changes myself?

In order to get your badge prepared for issuance, the information in the Roscongress personal account must completely match the data in your passport.

VISA SUPPORT

If you need a visa to enter the Russian Federation, you can apply for one of the two following types of visas:

1. VISA BY INVITATION FOR FOREIGN ARRIVALS For all Forum participants

Visa validity periods

After submitting all the required documents, Forum participants can obtain a short-term, single-entry Russian visa for the period from 2 to 16 April 2026 at foreign consular offices of the Russian Federation on the day of their application.

How to apply for a visa?

If you need to apply for a visa, you need:

1. Generate an invitation for foreign arrivals

An invitation for foreign arrivals is not an invitation to the Forum, but a separate document from the Forum organizers

  • All confirmed participants will receive an official invitation to the Forum by email.
  • After receiving the invitation, log in to your Roscongress personal account using your personal login and password.
  • Confirm your attendance at the Forum.
  • Go to the ‘My events – Healthy Society Forum – Event dashboard – Visa support’ tab of the Roscongress personal account
  • Your personal information will be automatically uploaded from the Roscongress personal account to the document. You can manually add the city and country where you will be applying for your visa.
  • Download and print the invitation for foreign arrivals.

2. Submit an application at a consular office

To receive a visa for entry into Russia, individuals in possession of an invitation must apply at the relevant foreign consular office of the Russian Federation and provide with the invitation for foreign arrivals and the other required visa documents.

Information about the location of Russian consular offices can be found on the website of the Affairs of the Russian Federation.

We recommend that participants apply at their Russian consular office in good time, and at least 2 weeks before their departure.

2. E-VISACan be issued to citizens of 64 foreign countries:

Validity period of e-visa

The unified electronic visa is a single-entry visa. The validity of the single electronic visa is 60 days from the date of issue.

The permitted period of stay in the Russian Federation on a single electronic visa is not more than 16 days from the day of entry within its validity period.

How do I apply for an e-visa?

To apply for a unified e-visa, it is necessary to fill in an application on the purpose-made website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.

The application may be submitted not earlier than 40 days and not later than 4 days before the expected date of entry into the Russian Federation.

The unified electronic visa is not free. Payment is made on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia via the Internet using bank cards of international payment systems (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).

No refunds will be issued regardless of the result of the application.

List of items prohibited on the venue

1. Explosives and related components, detonators, and items containing explosives.

2. Weapons of any kind (including for self-defence), ammunition, weapon components, riot control weapons and equipment, piercing or cutting objects, knives, and any object that could be used as a weapon.

3. Non-pyrotechnical devices and products (including self-made) which are used to disperse or spray various materials and substances (including pneumatic poppers) and other substances, products, or items (including self-made) capable of causing injury, combustion, or smoke.

4. Any objects resembling prohibited items, or copies and equivalents thereof.

5. Equipment that could interfere with Forum events.

6. Any means of disguise/camouflage, or items hindering personal identification.
Exception: respiratory protective equipment (masks, respirators).

7. Aerosol cans, compressed or liquefied gas. Highly flammable solids, liquids, or gases.
Exception: pocket lighters.

8. Flammable and pyrotechnical substances or products, signal flares, hand flares, firecrackers, gas cylinders, items which could be used to create pyrotechnical objects or smoke.
Exception: matches.

9. Materials of an extremist, offensive, or discriminatory nature, containing Nazi attributes or symbols, or the attributes or symbols of extremist organizations, or aimed at discrimination of any kind against a country, an individual or a group of individuals on the grounds of race; skin colour; ethnic, national, or social origin and status; birthplace; financial or any other status; sex; disability; language; religion; political or other beliefs, or for any other reason, including, but not limited to, banners, flags, symbols, paraphernalia, leaflets, and clothing.

10. Alcoholic beverages.

11. Body armour: bullet-proof vests; corsets.
Exception: corsets that have been medically prescribed.

12. Poisonous, noxious, and strong-smelling substances.

13. Oxidizing agents and organic peroxides.

14. Toxic substances, radioactive materials, and corrosive substances.

15. Narcotic, psychotropic, and toxic substances and their precursors, including in the form of medicines as well as medical syringes and needles for injections.
Exceptions: injectable drugs, medical syringes, and needles, if medical documents are presented showing that they are essential.

16. Glass and metal containers, bottles, and jars.
Exceptions: transparent plastic food containers of up to 1.5 litres in volume, containers with cosmetic products.

17. Liquids in containers larger than 500 ml.
Exceptions: baby food, food products for the staff of the National Centre Russia.

18. Bulky items with a combined length, width, and height exceeding 150 cm.

19. Flags and banners larger than 2 m x 1.5 m in size.
Exception: flags up to 2 m x 1.5 m in size, if made exclusively from non-flammable materials.

20. Advertising materials of any kind, and any printed materials with religious, political, or offensive content or content that poses a threat to public order and/or decency (including banners, placards, posters, signs, and equivalent items).
Exception: religious books for personal use.

21. Unmanned aerial vehicles of any maximum takeoff weight; unmanned ground, water, underwater vehicles, kites.

22. Personal mobility devices (electric scooters, electric skateboards, self-balancing scooters, segways, electric unicycles), roller skates, bicycles, and other similar means of transport.

23. Professional photography and video recording equipment.
Exception: equipment belonging to accredited media representatives.

24. Any granular substances, regardless of quantity.
Exceptions: permitted medicines in powdered form, food products for the staff of the National Centre Russia.

25. Other substances and items that may pose a danger, as well as those prohibited from circulation in the Russian Federation.

BADGE COLLECTION

You must have an accreditation badge to enter the Forum venue.

  • You must carry your badge and identity document (passport) with you at all times when at the Forum venue. The badge must be worn in a visible place.
  • The badge is personalized and may not be transferred to third parties. Should the Roscongress Foundation learn about the sale or transfer of a badge, access card, or transport pass to a third party, it reserves the right to revoke the participant’s accreditation without reimbursing any expenses.
  • If your badge is lost or damaged, you should contact any accreditation desk or Help Desk. A lost badge will be blocked and a duplicate will then be issued based on a written application from the badge holder.
  • The Organizing Committee reserves the right to deny accreditation without any reason.

By proxy

To pick up a badge for another participant by proxy, the authorized individual must present:

  • A list and copies of the passports of all participants for whom the authorized representative is picking up badges
Arranging business meetings

Participants of the Russian Space Forum can use the ‘Day planner’ and ‘Business Matchmaking’ sections of the Roscongress mobile app or Roscongress personal account to plan and arrange business meetings. If you wish to schedule a meeting, you need to create an event by selecting the ‘Meeting’ type, then add a new event, specify the type of event, select the time and location add invitees from the list of Forum participants.

Only participants who consented to their information being displayed will be visible. Consent is provided at the registration stage.

Scheduled meetings can be held both at the Forum venue, or elsewhere. Go to the ‘Notification Centre’ section or ‘Business Matchmaking’ section to view invitations from other participants.

Internet access is available free of charge at the Forum venue.

Complimentary dining is not available for Forum participants. Participants may visit the regular cafés and restaurants in the National Centre Russia.

Simultaneous interpreting

Simultaneous Russian–English interpreting is provided at the plenary session and other events within the business programme.

Reference Policy

When using official information and photos posted on the Forum website, the finished materials must include a reference to the Russian Space Forum and the source of the information, or a link to the Forum website if the information is taken from the website. Any changes, additions, or distortions to copied (quoted) information are prohibited. The Forum organizers shall not be responsible for the statements of bloggers and social media users.

PRESS CENTRE

The Russian Space Forum 2026 press centre, located in the South Tower of the National Centre RUSSIA (3rd floor, Bldg. 18, pavilion 7, 14, Krasnopresnenskaya Naberezhnaya), is equipped with computers, Wi-Fi, and a rest area. The press centre is open from 09:00 to 18:00.

General provisions

Media and blogosphere representatives are accredited for the Russian Space Forum (hereinafter the Forum) to ensure the necessary conditions for their professional activities when preparing and disseminating complete and reliable information about the events of the Forum.

The accreditation of media and blogosphere representatives is required to work at all Forum events.

The number of media and blogosphere representatives who can take part in the Forum is limited due to the organizers’ desire to provide media and blogosphere representatives with the most comfortable working arrangements and quick access to all necessary resources given the media’s significant interest in the event and taking into account the limited infrastructural capabilities of the event venue.

The Forum will be held in compliance with all required safety measures and recommendations of the Russian Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare (hereinafter Rospotrebnadzor). The Forum Organizing Committee reserves the right to determine the number of accredited media and blogosphere representatives as dictated by the sanitary and epidemiological situation. Follow the latest news on the official Forum website and in newsletters.

The editorial staff of the media and blogosphere is responsible for the accuracy of data provided about an organization’s employees in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

Accreditation application submission and review procedure

  • Media and blogosphere representatives who wish to cover the Forum events must submit an accreditation application (hereinafter an application) through the official Forum website (russianspaceforum.ru).
  • All fields must be completed in the application with particular attention paid to the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk.
  • Applications may be submitted through the official Forum website from 25 March until 6 April 2026.
  • The review deadline is 9 April 2026 inclusive.
  • Accreditation for media and blogosphere representatives is valid for the entire duration of the Forum.
  • Applications are accepted from blogosphere representatives who have the ‘Verified Account’ status in the Forum accreditation system. Blogosphere representatives whose audience size exceeds 10,000 users (in accordance with clause 13, Part 1, Article 10.6 of Federal Law No. 149-FZ dated 27 July 2006 “On Information, Information Technologies, and the Protection of Information”) must provide an excerpt on registration with the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media of the Russian Federation (Roskomnadzor) in their cover letter (link to Gosuslugi with confirmation).

Accreditation quotas for media and blogosphere representatives

  • From print publications:

    • Newspapers – 3 people (2 correspondents, 1 photographer)
    • Magazines – 2 people (1 correspondent, 1 photographer)
  • From information agencies – 4 people (2 correspondents, 2 photographers)
  • From electronic publications – 2 people (1 correspondent, 1 operator)
  • From television companies – 7 people (2 correspondents, 1 producer, 2 operators, 2 sound operators)
  • From radio companies – 2 people (2 correspondents)
  • From blogosphere representatives – 3 people

The number of media representatives from the Forum’s information partners is determined in accordance with information partnership agreements.

Procedure for issuing accreditation badges to media and blogosphere representatives

  • Media and blogosphere representatives are given accreditation badges provided their registration applications are approved by the Forum Organizing Committee.
  • Accreditation badges are issued at accreditation points. Information about the location and hours of the accreditation points is available on the event’s official website.
  • Accreditation badges may only be issued if the following conditions are met:

    • If there is confirmed accreditation in the database
    • If there is written consent for the processing of ‘My Personal Data’
    • Upon presenting a passport (the passport data must match the data specified in the registration form)
    • If an accreditation badge is obtained by proxy, you must provide a power of attorney as well as a copy of your passport
    • Blogosphere representatives must have the ‘Verified Account’ status in the Roscongress Foundation system
    • Blogosphere representatives with an audience exceeding 10,000 subscribers must provide an excerpt on registration with Roskomnadzor
  • The media outlet’s editorial staff is legally responsible for the information provided by its representatives. It is prohibited to transfer accreditation badges to third parties or use the quota allocated to a media organization to register commercial partners or other individuals who are not media representatives. The badge is personalized and may not be given to third parties during the Forum. The badge must be worn in a visible place at all times when at the venue.
  • Any other accreditation cards are not valid for entering the Forum venue.
  • If an accreditation badge is lost or stolen, the media or blogosphere representative must immediately notify any information desk. A lost badge will be blocked. A duplicate will be issued based on a written request.

Rules for accessing Forum events

  • Accreditation for media and blogosphere representatives is mandatory to work at all Forum events.
  • The technical personnel of media and blogosphere representatives are granted access based on the regulation for the access of technical personnel to the event venue.
  • Access regulations for media and blogosphere representatives who are members of the event’s media pool will be announced additionally.
Denial of accreditation

The Forum Organizing Committee reserves the right to deny accreditation without explanation.

Rights and obligations of media and blogosphere representatives accredited for the Forum

Media and blogosphere representatives accredited for the Forum may:

  • Utilize all services specifically intended for the work of media and blogosphere representatives.
  • Obtain information about the Forum’s official events and exhibitions (press releases, business programme, etc.).
  • Work at the Forum press centre during official events and use the press centre infrastructure.
  • Attend press conferences, briefings, and other press events.

Media and blogosphere representatives accredited for the Forum must:

  • Verify the accuracy of the information they report.
  • Fulfil the requests of individuals who provide information with a reference to its source.
  • Inform citizens and officials about any audio or video recording, filming, or photography when obtaining information from such individuals.
  • Not use their professional capabilities to conceal information or falsify public information or collect information for a third party or organization that is not a media outlet or part of the blogosphere.
  • Suspend (stop) photography or video recording at the request of Forum security service officials.
  • Not take photos/record videos at the inspection points of the Forum venue.
  • Not disseminate printed materials on the territory of Forum without approval from the Organizing Committee of the event.
  • When using official information and quoting statements from Forum participants, adhere to the event’s Citation Policy, specifically: finished materials must contain a reference to the event and the source of the information obtained, and for electronic media and the blogosphere – a reference to the official website (russianspaceforum.ru); any amendments, additions, or distortions of copied (cited) information are not permitted.
